We showed up after work one day and kind of knew what we wanted so we went to the used car lot and started looking. While looking Cory Canfield came over and helped us some more. We were looking at Chevrolet's: Cruze, cobalt, impalas and did look at a couple ford's. Decided on a 2011 Chevy Impala and so far we are not disappointed Rick was great and did what he needed to do (almost talked me into a camaro) and Cory was able to give us more insight and opinions on the different cars. Thank you guys! We will be back when we need another one! More
Shawn Cottrill was professional, friendly, and helpful. I had used the internet to research the vehicle I was interested in. I called Ricart Ford and spoke with Shawn. I asked about the availability of the Ranger and arranged for a test drive. I said I would be there within the hour and Shawn said he would have the truck ready. I got there, it was ready, and off we went. Back at the dealership, Shawn answered all of my questions (with some help from his manager). He didn't rush me. We checked out the pickup thoroughly (lights, tires, etc.). We looked at my credit score, discussed financing options, completed the purchase (James Burns did the paperwork, talked through the extended care plan,etc.). Shawn got the truck ready (gas, temporary tag). He told me to call if I had any questions and I drove off. It was a pleasant buying experience. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Ricart Ford, but the first used car. I bought a new Escort in 1986 and drove it for 11 years. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to a friend or family member. More

I had a great experience at Ricart's Used Car Factory. I called on a Saturday in the morning and was driving by afternoon. We took a risk and stopped anyways because you had the make and model. What sold us though was this salesperson. The car was right and his integrity was up front for us to see. No games or gimmicks.
