I found Ricart while simply LOOK at used trucks. I had found several but when I emailed or called about them the price was listed "wrong" or the truck was already sold or they never had it. After searching for several days I happened across the Ford f150 at Ricart. I called and found the truck was available and at the price advertised. I was unable to go look at it till the next day. Ricart closes at 8:00pm and I don't get off work till 6:00pm and they are 105 miles from me and i had to pick up my wife along the way. So I called John Thornton about me not getting there till 7:40 at the very earliest and asked him if he would wait. John said he would but asked that if I couldn't make it I would call him. I ended up calling him to tell him I wouldn't be there til 8:55. He waited. John had moved the truck to the side of the building so that I could test drive it as soon as I arrived. John was willing to ride with me any where I wanted to test drive the truck. John sat and patiently answered my wife's and mother's questions while I drove the truck. And then waited while my mother to test drove the truck she could not get into without help. I will contact John the next time I am looking for another car. I will not however use the same person to help me with the paperwork. That person told me that the warranty would be up in a few months when in fact it would not be up for another 2 1/2 years just to sell me an extended warranty that i was going to buy anyway. I have the highest regard for John and truly hope to use him the next time I need a car. Even though he is 105 miles away. More

I went into Ricart with the expectation that I was going to buy a car and I was more than happy that I did. What I appreciated most about Dallas was that he was not too pushy. I am young and had been to four other dealerships before finally buying a car at Ricart and just got flat out annoyed by some of the salesmen I dealt with. I felt like they would sell their own mother if they could make money. It was obnoxious how they kept trying to sell me cars I did not want. Dallas was the complete opposite. We stuck to inventory that was within my price range and I am thrilled with my purchase. He was very nice and we looked at numerous cars that were in my price range and ended up purchasing a vehicle that was in my price range.
