Ricart had the exact car I wanted and at a commandingly low price compared to any other dealer in south and central Ohio. Matt Kmosko was wonderful! We had called a couple weeks prior to visiting the dealership, and spoke with Brandon on the phone. He was nice, and told us to ask for him by name when we came by, which we did. Brandon spent about dealership, and spoke with Brandon on the phone. He was nice, and told us to ask for him by name when we came by, which we did. Brandon spent about 20 minutes with us looking at some vehicles, before he said he was getting paged and had to run inside. We never saw him again. We wandered around one side of the lot for another 20 minutes or so, and then hiked over to the other side, where the SUVs were parked hoping to drive some vehicles. Another 20 minutes pass without seeing any associates who wanted to assist us in any way, so we went in and happened upon Jarrett. We told him some cars we wanted to drive (he would only allow us to drive three, he made this very clear to us), and he went and got the keys. The first car was a Lexus, and the battery was dead. Not a good sign. We went to option #2, and he let us go ahead and take it while he jump started the Lexus. He joined us for our last two test drives. Jarrett was a nice kid, however was unable to answer any questions about the cars, didn't know much about them at all, and did nothing to try to assess our needs and wants in order to assist us in the purchase of a vehicle that would suite us. We basically wasted a few hours of our afternoon at this dealership, and left so frustrated and exhausted that we nearly wrote off the car buying experience completely. However, we did stop at Lindsay Acura on our way home, and we are glad we did. We ended up getting exceptional treatment there, and drove away in a beautiful 2009 Mercedes-Benz for an incredible deal. I have already told many people around me not to ever go to Ricart, but that they are perfectly happy and capable to take great care of you at Lindsay Acura. I suppose this is the experience you get at a "used car factory". I should have known better! More
Nate and Matt were both very helpful and patient teing to find us a car that we could fit into our budget and that my husband that is 6' 7" could ride in comftably. the only thing that would have made me hap find us a car that we could fit into our budget and that my husband that is 6' 7" could ride in comftably. the only thing that would have made me happier is if they would have given me a better trade in because I truly believe that a company your size could have done a little better. If nate and matt had'nt been so nice and took so much time helping us I probably would have went somewhere else. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Very much a car dealership environment but it was not "over the top". I would do business there again. The only negitive that I would have to say is that I wanted to pay in cash an amount to make my loan an even number, they told me that dont have change and don't make change and looked at me like I was odd because I had cash. I was told I could use a credit card. More
Very friendly folks and wanted to make sure we were pleased with the vehicles. Took the first car for a test drive and it needed the front rotors turned. I hate pushy salesmen. Ray Pasco was friendly and businesslike but in no way pushy. He listened to what I wanted and we went out to see if there was a vehicle that suited me. He had made a list of possibilities before I arrived for our appointment and they were all suitable. He didn't waste my time or his by trying to get me to buy something that wasn't what I wanted. I absolutely would recommend him to others looking for a used vehicle. The whole Ricart experience was surprisingly easy. More
