I actually started out with Brandon Haywood and stopped in and talked with him initially and talked about a few cars. He is really very experienced, took time and we looked around the lot and was planning in and talked with him initially and talked about a few cars. He is really very experienced, took time and we looked around the lot and was planning to stop back on a day that both my daughters were available and could come with me but he was not going to be there Friday but his partner he works with - Johnny Blu Carlson was. I just want to say either of these men are really great to work with and really try to help YOU the CUSTOMER and help fit YOUR needs. That being said, I ended up back in today so my daughters could come with me and met with Johnny and he helped me find a car to meet my needs and budget. And THAT in itself is unusual and something that just, in my opinion doesn't happen--I honestly did NOT think I would buy a vehicle today. I ended up with an extremely economical car that fit my budget and payment. Johnny listened to me about what I WANTED and NEEDED in a vehicle and how much I could honestly afford. I really appreciated the type of questions he asked as well as answered the questions from my girls, and they are tough. That is experience and professionalism with the CUSTOMER in mind. It is rare to find that kind of professionalism and I sincerely appreciated the help and getting a good vehicle for me. Thank you Johnny and Brandon to. I appreciated the integrity involved. My car buying experience was easy and fun. There is no need to negotiate the internet price. I initially talked to another sale person who told me that there was nothing he can do about the accessories th need to negotiate the internet price. This company seemed unprofessional The salesmen showed me the car than processed to tell me he has to talk to manger before a test drive. The used car supervisor then tells me i can not test drive the car wi the car than processed to tell me he has to talk to manger before a test drive. The used car supervisor then tells me i can not test drive the car without coming to price and monthly payments first. This is not how the process works if I am not mistaking. The used car supervisor than for lack of better words EMBARRASSES me in front the 2 other employees, than gives me a ridiculously LOW offer on my car........I bought my current car from Ricart I had thought that being a returning customer maybe I would had been treated right and with respect. Boy was i wrong, I will NEVER buy from Ricart again or would I recommend them to anyone else. More
