We had a very good experience with Ricart . David Whitt helped us a lot initially, and we scheduled a follow-up appointment with him. He did not pressure us into making a purchase but was understanding and positive about our planned return visit. Unfortunately, he had gone home sick on the day we returned. Robert Johnson filled in and did a great job. We appreciated both of them for their friendliness, no-high-pressure-sales tactics and patience. The only complaint we have -- and it is minor -- is regarding the second key that came with our vehicle. Because we finished late in the evening in the finance department and the key was not in the sleeve for the vehicle. We were told it would be mailed to us the next day. After a few days, we called to check on it and learned that it may have been mailed the next day or several days later. Then, we received a notice in our mailbox that we had a letter to be picked up at the post office because it was sent with insufficient funds. So, I arranged my work schedule so that I could leave early today to pick it up. The key is now in hand. We have told people already that we would recommend shopping Ricart. More

The only downfall was that we had a set appointment with the finance department for 7pm the following day, to which we showed up 20 minutes early. However, we then had to wait 59 minutes and were not able the finance department for 7pm the following day, to which we showed up 20 minutes early. However, we then had to wait 59 minutes and were not able to complete our deal until 7:59pm. My wife is 6 months pregnant so she was a tad hungry and due to the wait not able to do her normal evening activities. I was apologized to several times and overall not a huge deal, but I am a very detail oriented person, and set my schedule totally full daily, so it was kind of a bummer to have to wait for that long. I would not discourage anyone from shopping at Ricart and this was my 3rd vehicle I have bought there since 06. Overall it was still a great experience and we would definitely recommend and come back. More

The whole car buying experience was great from start to finish. Carl listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect car for us. He was friendly and very pleasant to deal with.
