The only downfall was that we had a set appointment with the finance department for 7pm the following day, to which we showed up 20 minutes early. My wife is 6 months pregnant so she was a tad hungry and due to the wait not able to do her normal evening activities. I was apologized to several times and overall not a huge deal, but I am a very detail oriented person, and set my schedule totally full daily, so it was kind of a bummer to have to wait for that long. I would not discourage anyone from shopping at Ricart and this was my 3rd vehicle I have bought there since 06. Overall it was still a great experience and we would definitely recommend and come back. More

My husband and I have been shopping for a Suburban for a few weeks now and we found a used Suburban at Ricart. We test drove this vehicle with him to which he didnt talk. When the test drive was over we began discussing the price, my husband made one offer and the salesperson said " nope not a chance " and went back inside. He left us standing outside in the rain and that was that. I have never been treated so rude in my life. I'm not sure if Ricart encourages this type of behavior or if this kid just doesn't enjoy his job. The bottom line is we will NEVER attempt to do business with Ricart again! More

Will definitely be coming back! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with both Matt and Nate. From the moment we pulled into the lot Nate was on top of things. He was the only employee out of about pleasure of working with both Matt and Nate. From the moment we pulled into the lot Nate was on top of things. He was the only employee out of about 25 that was actually standing OUTSIDE of the dealership waiting to help/service our needs. Due to Nate being a newer employee, Matt had helped assist Nate. He (Matt) was VERY prompt on finding what I required out of a vehicle and would not stop working on finding a vehicle till it was RIGHT for my expectations. There is a lots of typical car sales prattle to deal with, and it took quite a while to finally get the car I wanted for a price I was willing to pay, but I left with exactly what I was expecting in the with, and it took quite a while to finally get the car I wanted for a price I was willing to pay, but I left with exactly what I was expecting in the end -- a great car for a reasonable price tag. Jeff was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He provided a very low-pressure environment in which to conduct business, and discuss our options and preferences. He was also very hands-off, and encouraged my family and I to go on an extended test drive to grab lunch and really get a feel for the car. Matt was a little more stubborn initially, but then went all-in to try and help me get a better deal, which ended up working out nicely.
