Let me first t start off by saying I really enjoy and am very satisfied with my purchase. The financing was hassle free and easier than I expected. The sales people were able to find me the truck I was look very satisfied with my purchase. The financing was hassle free and easier than I expected. After finding the truck i liked i was told by the sales manager that they were unable to negotiate the price into a payment I could afford because Ricart lists the Rock Bottom " prices and are already competitive enough and at one point got rude after I explained I couldn't agree to the payment amount as it was already above my max amount. He stop me from leaving and we agreed on a price and the paperwork was quick and easy. Due to the selection of vehicle and ease of financing I would reccomend to others. My only other complaint is that they never put any gas in the vehicle which was between 1/2 and 1/4 and they never cleaned the vehcile claiming it was too late and everyone had gone home. Guess I wouldn't complain about the gas but I live an hour away and had to put gas in the tank to make it home. More
