I had some lacking service, with 3 missed deals because of it, in the Pittsburgh area. He took the extra step needed to get me back. I'm glad he did. The process after I got there was smooth and fast. Everyone at the dealership I came into contact with was polite and courteous and I felt comfortable being there. We needed a second car because our car had to be junked. I called used car factory & Steve Walker told me to come in & look around. We came and were greeted immediately. Someone seated us and began processing us until Steve was free to join us. He showed us many vehicals & we selected camary after Steve took me on a test drive. Michelle Hamilton (finance rep.) processed me & I left with a car that was new too me. That following Monday I called Michelle and returned the car for a lower priced one. Michelle introduced me to Rick Johnson & from that moment they began assisting me with purchasing another car. They were both very friendly & professional handling my situation. I bought a lower priced car (2009 Hyundai Sonata). My husband & I are very satisfied with our purchase. Michelle is a real gem of person. She really helped me with my final transactions. When we first arrived at the Auto Mall, we didn't know which way to go. We saw some men talking in front of the building and Bob approached them and asked where we should go to look at trucks. Mr. Ricart, himself, was standing there and took the time and trouble to explain to us where the new and used trucks would be. We went over to the Used Auto lot and Mr. Sullivan met us at the front door. He worked diligently to show us everything that we had expressed an interest in. Also the finance office handled our purchase with such competency; we could never have received a better deal anywhere else. Thank you for being so service oriented. Initially I had been looking for a new car versus used. I test drove several models of Hyundai's at a different dealership and had been working with a great salesman. He introduced me to the Azera and I i I test drove several models of Hyundai's at a different dealership and had been working with a great salesman. He introduced me to the Azera and I immediately realized this was the car I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, that dealership only had one Azera and it didn't have the technology package. I did some searching and found the Azera at the Ricart Automotive used car factory. I inquired on the advertisement (located on AutoTrader.com) and received an e-mail and subsequent appointment to meet with Dan Grimes. That is where my disappointment began. I walked into the dealership and felt like I had stumbled into a shark pit. I had no less than 5 people ask if I needed help upon entering the building and it was a little disconcerting watching salesmen look out the window waiting to pounce on customers before they even exited their own vehicles. I finally met Dan and found him to be a little meek and disinterested. He did point me to the car I had been interested in and I took it for a test drive. I had Ricart give me a price on my Acura TL and found the amount to be $1,500 lower than what KBB said it was worth as a trade in good condition. Dan proceeded to explain to me that I wouldn't pay the sticker value of the car I was interested in, why should the dealer pay what KBB suggested my trade-in was worth. I thought this logic was proof that the dealership wanted to make up the difference in the good price they set for the car with the trade they were offering me and Dan Grimes all but admitted that. I decided to purchase the vehicle despite my dissatisfaction (based on the price), I obtained my own financing as I was sitting in the dealership and made the decision to keep my trade (and sell it on my own). I honestly would've taken a small hit on my trade, but found my experience so abysmal that I wasn't going to let Ricart make a profit off of my trade. At no point through the entire process did Dan tell me about the vehicle, it's features, etc. In fact, I had to point out to him that the vehicle contained the technology package (I asked him on the phone the night prior and he didn't know). He also couldn't take the time to clear the VIN so that I could register it through www.myhyundai.com and subsequently use the bluelink technology. Again, my feel is that the Ricart used car factory is more concerned with volume than with the quality of service they provide to their customers. More

Joe was awesome!! The woman who did financing and attempted to sale maintenance was pushy and became annoyed when we didn't agree with the banks she wanted to use for financing. We were able to achieve a lower interest with our bank. She also didn't seem to happy when we refused disability insurance and maintenance package. Other than her...great experience. This review needs to be easier to do! More
