This is our first time at Ricart Ford Use Car Factory and we were very thrilled with the place. We had a very good experience there. Brady took us to what we were looking for and answered any of the question we were very thrilled with the place. We had a very good experience there. Brady took us to what we were looking for and answered any of the questions that we had for us. His Sales manager and everyone there was very helpful with us. Other than we had to wait a little bit to get things wrapped because it was very busy there, we are very pleased and will definitely recommend Ricart and definitely shop there again! Thank you guys!! This is my first car I bought and John was very patient with me! He really took his time showing me many options. I really appreciate that! I know I was probably not the easiest person to work with since I with me! He really took his time showing me many options. I really appreciate that! I know I was probably not the easiest person to work with since I was not completely sure what I wanted to walk out with. This process went very smoothly thanks to John and Steve. I will be sure to recommend Ricart and I will be back for future cars. Thank you so much! I really appreciated my experience!! I love my Honda Civic!! Thanks! Morgan Rogers More
Initially I had been looking for a new car versus used. I test drove several models of Hyundai's at a different dealership and had been working with a great salesman. He introduced me to the Azera and I immediately realized this was the car I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, that dealership only had one Azera and it didn't have the technology package. I did some searching and found the Azera at the Ricart Automotive used car factory. I inquired on the advertisement (located on AutoTrader.com) and received an e-mail and subsequent appointment to meet with Dan Grimes. That is where my disappointment began. I walked into the dealership and felt like I had stumbled into a shark pit. I had no less than 5 people ask if I needed help upon entering the building and it was a little disconcerting watching salesmen look out the window waiting to pounce on customers before they even exited their own vehicles. I finally met Dan and found him to be a little meek and disinterested. He did point me to the car I had been interested in and I took it for a test drive. I had Ricart give me a price on my Acura TL and found the amount to be $1,500 lower than what KBB said it was worth as a trade in good condition. Dan proceeded to explain to me that I wouldn't pay the sticker value of the car I was interested in, why should the dealer pay what KBB suggested my trade-in was worth. I thought this logic was proof that the dealership wanted to make up the difference in the good price they set for the car with the trade they were offering me and Dan Grimes all but admitted that. I decided to purchase the vehicle despite my dissatisfaction (based on the price), I obtained my own financing as I was sitting in the dealership and made the decision to keep my trade (and sell it on my own). I honestly would've taken a small hit on my trade, but found my experience so abysmal that I wasn't going to let Ricart make a profit off of my trade. At no point through the entire process did Dan tell me about the vehicle, it's features, etc. In fact, I had to point out to him that the vehicle contained the technology package (I asked him on the phone the night prior and he didn't know). He also couldn't take the time to clear the VIN so that I could register it through www.myhyundai.com and subsequently use the bluelink technology. Again, my feel is that the Ricart used car factory is more concerned with volume than with the quality of service they provide to their customers. More
Rich worked hard to put me in the vehicle I wanted. The finance department went the extra mile to get me the payments I could afford and over all I enjoyed my experience. finance department went the extra mile to get me the payments I could afford and over all I enjoyed my experience. More

Experience was excellent. We found the car we were interested in on Ricart's web site. The description on the web site matched the actual condition of the car (2006 Honda Civic). The salesperson, Davi interested in on Ricart's web site. The description on the web site matched the actual condition of the car (2006 Honda Civic). The salesperson, David, did an excellent job of gathering the required information and walking us through the process - all with a no-pressure approach. His manager, Mike, was also courteous although I think he could have done just a bit better on the trade-in value of the vehicle we traded in, but I was not going to let a few hundred bucks get in the way of a deal acceptable to both parties. Where things started to go downhill was getting the finance paperwork drawn up. Once we came to terms on the agreement, in took nearly 90 minutes before we even sat down to sign the paperwork plus another 30 minutes (as usual) to complete that process. It appears they were short staffed as there were several others waiting around to complete paperwork, as well. The other that caused a bit of discontent was the fact that we were told there were two keys (Honda keys with remote) when there was only one. The initial response from the salesperson was that two keys were guaranteed only if it is a certified used car. Honda keys are expensive to have made - about $135 - as the key and remote are one unit and programming the vehicle for the new key is also required. Here is where Ricart stepped up with excellent customer service: They paid for a second key to be made and they filled the gas tank up to compensate for the time and frustration. That is good customer service in my book and it is likely I will visit Ricart again in the future when looking for another vehicle. More
Brandon and Ryan made my purchasing experience wonderful. It was Ryan's first day and I believe he will be a great asset to your company. We ran late and both boys stayed to close the deal without complaint. It was Ryan's first day and I believe he will be a great asset to your company.
