Bottom line...these guys are crooks. They priced their used vehicle too low, so to make it up, they WAY low balled us on our trade to make up for their low price. It was insulting. Also, once they found out that I knew the internet price and wasn't going to pay the sticker, they weren't so willing to help me anymore. They don't answer questions with direct answers either. It's almost like they're trained to give you some canned answer and then hope that you forget what you asked! I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience. I just wish I would have listened to the handful of people who warned me before I visited the Ricart Automall. More

Very pleased with Ricart, 4th vehicle i have bought there in my life, but first since 1998. I will always continue to come back here. What made it easy for us, is that simple things, you made it easy for u in my life, but first since 1998. I will always continue to come back here. The only issue i have is that, we were given 2 keys, and mine does not work, which makes my wife happy as i can't drive it. So i'll be stopping in to get that figured out.
