They were very knowledgeable, and when I had chosen the car that I liked, they made the terms and payments affordable and convenient for me. They buying experience was completely painless and surprisingly easy. Mr. Berry was truly awesome, always professional, and very nice. I also delt with Mr. Lawyler. He was also incredible as my initial salesperson. He was not able to be there on the day of my purchase, so he arranged for Mr. Berry to take over, and everything was seemless and stunningly easy. They are such a competent team at Ricart, that when I came in it was as though I were still dealing with the original salesperson. All of my paperwork was in order, and Mr. Berry knew everything concerning the purchase and the details that Mr. Lawler and I had worked out. Ricart has a very amazing staff. I would, and I definitely will, recommend them to any relatives, friends, co-workers, anyone that I know that is in the market for a car. I tried working with Joe Hollenbach but never got anywhere. When I asked him to run cars to see if they would be in my price range he would run 1 and not all 4. I always really in need of a car. I finally got to test drive something. I feel that once you guys run one car and know you can get financing your not willing to talk other options. However Tyler was great, very helpful and nice.
