WE WENT IN ON 1/27/13 TO LOOK AT A 2010 DODGE JOURNEY. MR. PASCO INTRODUCED HIMSELF AS WE WALKED INTO THE DOOR. HE SAT US DOWN AT A DESK AND BEGAN TO ASK US ALOT OF PERSONAL QUESTIONS ABOUT WHO NAME THE C MR. PASCO INTRODUCED HIMSELF AS WE WALKED INTO THE DOOR. HE SAT US DOWN AT A DESK AND BEGAN TO ASK US ALOT OF PERSONAL QUESTIONS ABOUT WHO NAME THE CAR WAS GOING IN, HE WAS VERY NOISY AND INTO OUR PERSONAL BUSINESS. HE HAD TO STATE TO US SEVERAL TIMES THAT HE LIVES IN POLARIS. WE THEN DISCUSSED WHAT CAR WE WANTED TO LOOK AT AND HE CALLED AND GOT THE KEYS TO THE VEHICLE; HE PULLED THE VEHICLE UP AND NEVER CAME IN TO LET US KNOW HE WAS OUTSIDE WAITING ON US WE HAD TO WALK TO THE DOOR TO EVEN KNOW HE WAS OUTSIDE. WE THEN TOOK A TEST DRIVE IN THE VEHICLE AND AS WE WERE DRIVING HE BEGAN TO ASK HOW WE GOT OUR NEW CAR AND HOW IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO IMPROVE YOUR CREDIT SCORE IN 2 MTHS AND STATED IT TAKES YEARS BEFORE YOUR SCORE CAN BE RAISED, HE THEN STATED IT WOULD BE HARD FOR US TO COSIGN TOGETHER SEEING THAT WE WASNT RELATED OR FAMILY AND THEN STATED THAT RELATIVES CANT EVEN SIGN IF THERE CREDIT ISNT SO WELL. HE SHARED A STORY WITH US ABOUT A FAMILY HE WORKED WITH AND HOW THEY COULDNT COSIGN FOR THERE SON BECAUSE THERE CREDIT WASNT SO WELL AND HOW THE BROTHER OFFERED TO COSIGN AND HE COULDNT BECAUSE HIS CREDIT WASNT SO GOOD EITHER(JUST A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE TO LISTEN TO);WE GOT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND HE SAT US DOWN AND HE SCANNED OUR DRIVERS LICENSE AND AGAIN TO BEGAN TO ASK ALOT OF PERSONAL QUESTIONS BEFORE EVEN RUNNING OUR CREDIT AND HOW SURPRISED HE WAS TO KNOW THAT WE WAS ABLE TO COSIGN A PREPAID LEASE THROUGH RICART FORD WITH OUR CREDIT SCORES AND HOW MY PARTNERS FINANCES WASNT GOOD ENOUGH TO USE BECAUSE I WAS MAKING MORE MONEY THAN HE WAS. MR PASCO WENT AND GOT A PAD OF CREDIT APPLICATIONS AND WE OFFERED TO GO OVER TO RICART FORD TO ASK FOR A COPY OF OUR PREVIOUS APPLICATIONS BUT HE INSISTED THAT IT WAS AGAINST THE LAW AND HOW HE WOULD JUST HAND WRITE OUR CREDIT APPLICATION AND DURING THE CREDIT APPLICATION HE BEGAN TO DO A LITTLE TOO MUCH PRYING INTO OUR PERSONAL BUSINESS..HE WANTED TO KNOW MY PARTNERS FINANCIAL BUSINESS ON HOW HIS SUBSIDY COULDNT BE USED AS INCOME BC IT IS TO BE USED TO CARE FOR OUR HANDICAPPED SONS CARE AND MY PARTNER STATED THIS INCOME IS FOR HIM BC HE HAD TO TAKE OFF HIS JOB TO BE HOME WITH OUR ADOPTED HANDICAPPED SON SO HIS PROOF OF INCOME WAS TO BE USED AND HE INSISTED IT COULDNT BE USED BECAUSE IT WASNT ACTUALLY INCOME; HE THEN GOT TO ME AND BEGAN TO ASK ME MY PROOF OF INCOME AND WAS JUST SO RUDE ABOUT ME WORKING SO MANY HOURS AND HOW IMPOSSIBLE IT WAS FOR ME TO WORK THOSE MANY HOURS; BUT I JUST SAT AND LOOKED AT HIM AND KEPT MY COOL BECAUSE HE WAS MAKING ME FAIRLY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH HIS QUESTIONS AND HIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS US; HE THEN COMPLETED THE APPLICATIONS AND TOOK IT OVER TO HIS FINANCE MANAGER AND HE CAME BACK WITH A RIDICULOUS NUMBER THAT WE WASNT SO HAPPY ABOUT; WE ASKED HIM WHAT THE INTEREST RATE WAS ON THESE NUMBERS AND HE STATED HE DIDNT KNOW BECAUSE HE WASNT THE FINANCE PERSON, SO WE ASKED HIM TO GO BACK AND GET THE NUMBERS AND HE COME BACK WITH ANOTHER PAPER BUT WITH DIFFERENT NUMBERS BUT NOT WITH WHAT WE ASKED HIM FOR; SO HE STATED THESE WAS THE NUMBERS BECAUSE OF OUR CREDIT SCORES AND WE WAS LUCKY TO EVEN GET THESE PRICES AND DEAL AND IT WAS WHAT THEY COULD GET US FROM THERE BACK BECAUSE ONLY ONE BACK WOULD EVEN CONSIDER US AND STATED THE LOAN WOULD BE IN MY NAME BECAUSE I MADE THE MOST INCOME OUT OF THE BOTH OF US, I WAS OFFENDED BECAUSE IT WASNT ABOUT WHO MADE THE MOST MONEY IT WAS ABOUT US PURCHASING THIS VEHICLE TOGETHER;JUST A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE More
