Ray was very helpful in finding the type of car we were looking for. It was a rainy Sunday and he made it as easy as possible to test drive cars. We purchased a car and were promised a new key. Several days later we were informed we could not be sent a key so we returned to Columbus to have a key made. When we got to the Nissan area they said they did not have the correct key or fob for us. After a while of searching they found that it had already be set aside. My husband and I still were very happy with the deal we received and were fine with coming back to Columbus. However, when it came time to get new plates the title of our car was still in someone elses name. Instead of the dealership informing us of this I found out by visiting the local title office and having to purchase new 30 day plates. The dealership has since refunded our money for the plates, but I believe we should have known prior that there was a problem with the title and that we would not have the information we neede to buy plates. It was a great buying experience. My wife and I walked in and was greeted with hospitality and kindness. This is first time that my wife and I have purchased a car and came home without headaches. When we sat down with Tyler he explained the process very well. We did the online preapproval so when we got to the dealership Tyler knew what would fit into our budget. When it came time to go out on the lot and look for our car it was like looking for a car with a family member. He was very nice and full of gearhead talk(which was awsome, cause im a gearhead too). The test track was one of the best experiences that ive had in a long time. We were treated like friends and not treated like people with bad credit. If anyone has had a bad experience with buying a car then they need to try FRED SAYS YES.
