He showed me 3 different cars , all of which were in the ballpark of what I was looking for. He had done his homework and was fully prepared when I got there with plenty of information on each car.Jeff was very friendly and seemed sincerely interested in setting me up with the right car.He was not a " pushy "salesguy at all which was very important to me. I have bought 15 or so cars over the years and always walk away when I feel the salesperson is too pushy and not sincere. The whole process was really comfortable and I would buy another car from Jeff in a heartbeat. I would recommend Jeff very highly to anyone looking to purchase a car from Ricart Used Car Factory More
Chase and Joe were extremely helpful. Chase was the initial sales person I worked with. He listened to what I was looking for and the price range. I needed some time to think over my purchase and decided to return the following day. Chase was scheduled off, but called me with the name of a sales rep who was going to have my info. When I arrived Sunday I was introduced to Joe. He was happy to get bring the car around for me to look at again. He did not rush me into any decisions and he gave me straight answers. Both sales reps were very honest and personable. Due to my budget, I was not in the market to purchase an extended warranty. The finance man made me question my decision to the point that made me feel uncomfortable. I understand it's his job to convince me I will benefit from such a service, but I know my financial status better than anyone. I don't believe he meant to be quite so harsh. He will stand out as the "typical used car guy" (which I do not think is a good thing). I do not remember his name nor did I see his picture. I work in customer service and I know the good guys don't get credit. That's why I'm taking the time to write this review. I didn't feel uncomfortable with the sales persons. I even crunched the numbers with Joe (which was slightly heart breaking) and he never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question. Thank you again to Chase and Joe for being up-standing used car salesmen! You made my situation and experience better than I anticipated. Keep up the great work!! More
Shawn was incredibly helpful. He met us as soon as we got out of our car. We've been to a few other dealers where we wandered around for long periods of time before we were helped or we just left out of frus out of our car. The car we came to look at was no longer there, but Shawn walked us through the entire lot, casually discussing how the various vehicles compared to what we were looking for. Obviously, we found one and were able to make the deal. We also want to note that we were trading in a vehicle, but didn't bring it in as we weren't planning on driving a car home that day. In order to save us a trip back, Sean offered to drive back with us and drive our trade-in back. After all the necessary hours spent buying, this was an incredibly nice extra effort. We left happy about our purchase and very pleased with the service. Thank you Shawn for making it so easy. More
My husband and I have had the worst experience at dealerships. So, we were pretty apprehensive about going and looking for a different vehicle. As soon as Joe approached us, he was very welcoming and dealerships. So, we were pretty apprehensive about going and looking for a different vehicle. As soon as Joe approached us, he was very welcoming and warming. He took the time to figure out what I was looking for and took us all over looking at different vehicles! He never once seemed annoyed and answered all questions I had. He was there for us from the time we got there until the time we left.. Including sitting with us while waiting for financing office. Now, I cant think of a dealership where it's sales associates would do that, but I must say it made a big difference to us that he actually cares about us and our happiness. Unlike the competition, where when they know theyve got your sale.. It's on to the next one and that courteous side you saw earlier while trying to sell you something is now gone. I would highly recommend this dealership. Ricart gives you a lot for what you pay for! I'm definitely a customer for life. More

Iam a 63 yr old widow on a limited income. I recently bought a uses Kia Sorento.. RAY Pasco was the salesman I dealt with.
