Tyler and Edwin are just amazing.... I am almost 40 years old and never really had to finance anything. I wanted to get my daughter who just turned 17 a newer car. They had ONE VW Beetle (the kind of car she dreamt of having) and Tyler and Edwin worked all day with me to get me into that car within a day. Not only did they have the best service - but everyone there was super nice. From other car lots I've been - the other workers wouldn't even look at you if you weren't buying through them. Other workers came over to check on us and ask if we wanted water/etc. The atmosphere was awesome - the whole staff is awesome - I hope that whole department gets recognized for the amount of effort they put into making others happy and their dreams come true. I arrived at Ricart following a bad experience at another dealer, where I had to make them buy the car back. There was no pressure to buy. I stated my top dollar of what I could spend. Even though the cheapest car they had was close but above my price Ricart and Brandon Byrd were able to work with me to make a deal. Brandon even delivered the car on his day to my temporary living arrangement about an hour away so that I didn’t have to get a ride to the dealer. I have worked in the auto sales industry and never had a good experience with a used car dealer. Mark me as surprised because I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and Ricart. This is my seecond vehicle in the past 6 months I have purchased from the Ricart Used Car Factory. He was able to help us get the paperwork and finance approval started, connected us with Joe. When we arrived at the dealership Joe had the truck pulled up and ready for us to take it for a test drive and our paperwork ready to go if we decided to purchase. Of course we fell in love with the truck and Joe began the final finance process for us. Unfortunately that evening there were only 2 people working in the final finance area and there was a nice long wait since there were several people in front of us. Joe sat there with us chit chatting to help tolerate the long wait. I have already told another friend that is interested in a used car to watch the internet since Dave works so hard on keeping it up to date and then to see Joe if they find something they like! I'm very happy with the service and care I have always received for the Used Car Factory. More

He had done his homework and was fully prepared when I got there with plenty of information on each car.Jeff was very friendly and seemed sincerely interested in setting me up with the right car.He was not a " pushy "salesguy at all which was very important to me. I have bought 15 or so cars over the years and always walk away when I feel the salesperson is too pushy and not sincere. The whole process was really comfortable and I would buy another car from Jeff in a heartbeat. I would recommend Jeff very highly to anyone looking to purchase a car from Ricart Used Car Factory More
Chase and Joe were extremely helpful. Chase was the initial sales person I worked with. He listened to what I was looking for and the price range. He did not try to talk me into something that I wasn't comfortable with. He was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. I needed some time to think over my purchase and decided to return the following day. Chase was scheduled off, but called me with the name of a sales rep who was going to have my info. When I arrived Sunday I was introduced to Joe. He was happy to get bring the car around for me to look at again. He did not rush me into any decisions and he gave me straight answers. Both sales reps were very honest and personable. Due to my budget, I was not in the market to purchase an extended warranty. The finance man made me question my decision to the point that made me feel uncomfortable. I understand it's his job to convince me I will benefit from such a service, but I know my financial status better than anyone. I don't believe he meant to be quite so harsh. He will stand out as the "typical used car guy" (which I do not think is a good thing). I do not remember his name nor did I see his picture. I work in customer service and I know the good guys don't get credit. That's why I'm taking the time to write this review. I didn't feel uncomfortable with the sales persons. I even crunched the numbers with Joe (which was slightly heart breaking) and he never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question. Thank you again to Chase and Joe for being up-standing used car salesmen! You made my situation and experience better than I anticipated. Keep up the great work!! More
Found vehicle on the internet, called in and Steve answered the phone. Very friendly and willing to help from the start. Stated that I had been shopping for a while, found 2 trucks I was looking at bu answered the phone. Very friendly and willing to help from the start. He stated he would gladly talk to the powers at be and see if they could work on the price. He responsed with a quick call back and the deal was made. We made arangements to travel 2.5 hours to visit Steve for a test drive. He had the vehicle detailed and pulled right up front ready for our arrival. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as being very easy to talk with. We found a common interst in fishing and things hit right off. The paperwork process was seamless, being that we did a credit application over the phone prior to the arrival. This was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I will highly recommend Ricart to family and friends and it was well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive. More

Shawn was incredibly helpful. He met us as soon as we got out of our car. We've been to a few other dealers where we wandered around for long periods of time before we were helped or we just left out of frus out of our car. The car we came to look at was no longer there, but Shawn walked us through the entire lot, casually discussing how the various vehicles compared to what we were looking for. Obviously, we found one and were able to make the deal. We also want to note that we were trading in a vehicle, but didn't bring it in as we weren't planning on driving a car home that day. In order to save us a trip back, Sean offered to drive back with us and drive our trade-in back. After all the necessary hours spent buying, this was an incredibly nice extra effort. We left happy about our purchase and very pleased with the service. Thank you Shawn for making it so easy. More
