Dustin was very easy to work with and knowledgable about the car we were looking at. He took the time to show us how all of the options on the car worked and also looked up additional info related to previo the car we were looking at. My mother and I came with every intention of just looking at cars. 7 hours later we ended up leaving with a "new" used car. Russ was great and helped us out with everything we needed. Ricarts selection is great and the prices are pretty good. The problem is they are too big and no one talks to each other there. There was a specific car online that I was interested in buying. It wasn't sold, but wasn't where anyone could locate it. Each step of the process was painstakingly slow. I mean extremely slow. All in all, it took 6 hours to purchase a car. 75% of that 6 hours was sitting by ourselves waiting for whatever the salesman,etc had to do next. I test drove one car that was 1 year old that had warning lights on the dash that it needed service and what looked like someone's lunch sprayed over the headliner. Wouldn't you take care of that before putting the car on the lot to sell? It makes me think they pay very little attention to the quality and condition of their inventory. The sales guy was nice enough, and I don't think it was his fault- I think it is problems within the dealership itself. We had to wait 45 or more minutes after the sale was complete for the paperwork guy, but he was quite efficient once we finally got back there. While I love the car I ended up buying, I don't think I'll ever go back there. More
