The experience we had was great. We were shopping for a used work van. Knowing exactly what we were coming to look at because we had already seen it online was very helpful! We also had to bring our 3 year old so the play area was definately helpful while going thru the only part about it that we didnt like which was the two hours of paperwork. The customer service I received at Ricart was excellent. I had become very wary of car dealerships from several negative experiences and thought them all to be the same. He was not at all pressuring me into buying like other dealers I had experienced, and was always very polite and friendly. The car I bought was everything I had been looking for and I am very satisfied with my overall experience. This was the first time I bought a car outside of the family and although intimidated by this new experience, I found the process much easier and simpler than I was expecting thanks to Ricart and their helpful , friendly staff. From the moment I entered the facility I was greeted not "hounded" and asked how I could be assisted. The sales consultant immediately transferred me over to Shawn Cottrill after I told him I had dealt with "hounded" and asked how I could be assisted. The sales consultant immediately transferred me over to Shawn Cottrill after I told him I had dealt with Shawn on my last vehicle purchase in June 2011. Shawn was extremely helpful and patient as my wife and I discussed the payment through our text messaging. Shawn spent several hours with me to get the deal done and possibly sacrificed getting other customers just to ensure my buying experience was the best it could be. Kodos to Ricart for changing their buying process and allowing the sales consultants to start and finish the buying experience instead of "passing" the purchase/payment negotiations off to a "sales manager". In closing I had an extremely pleasant buying experience at Ricart's Used Car Dealership and I would and will recommend Shawn and the dealership to anyone I know searching for a used vehicle. Dallas was great!He spent a lot of time with us getting us pre-approved, and looking at multiple cars. He was very kind and answered all of our questions! We purchased 2 "new" vehicles, a 2010 Charger and us pre-approved, and looking at multiple cars. He was very kind and answered all of our questions! We purchased 2 "new" vehicles, a 2010 Charger and a 2011 Nitro. Our only complaint is that we thought that since we spent a lot of money, and purchased 2 cars, the least the company could do is fill up both gas tanks. We left with the Nitro at a half a tank, and 3/4 of a tank in the Charger. Being that we spent close to $40,000, I would think a full tank of gas should be standard. That's not the sales persons fault, but it makes the company as a whole look cheap. More
