As part of the deal that was negotiated with Theo Bonnette in writing I was to recieved an I purchased a 2009 Nissan Titan from Ricart on 8/24/2012. As part of the deal that was negotiated with Theo Bonnette in writing I was to recieved an installed wiring harness for towing. Two months later,numerous excuses, & complaints to Rick Johnson have failed to resolve the matter. I have offered to accept only the parts & was told that would be great & they would be delivered but that has not happened. I will not go away!! This is in writing. Being in sales myself, I foudn that Stephon really made the whole purchase enjoyable and smooth for me. I couldn't find my driver's license when I got to the dealership so he let me use another form of ID the whole purchase enjoyable and smooth for me.
