As part of the deal that was negotiated with Theo Bonnette in writing I was to recieved an I purchased a 2009 Nissan Titan from Ricart on 8/24/2012. As part of the deal that was negotiated with Theo Bonnette in writing I was to recieved an installed wiring harness for towing. Two months later,numerous excuses, & complaints to Rick Johnson have failed to resolve the matter. I have offered to accept only the parts & was told that would be great & they would be delivered but that has not happened. I will not go away!! This is in writing. Being in sales myself, I foudn that Stephon really made the whole purchase enjoyable and smooth for me. I couldn't find my driver's license when I got to the dealership so he let me use another form of ID the whole purchase enjoyable and smooth for me. We were at the dealership twice, looking for a good used car for us. Dallas was the saleman we worked with. We test drove another vehicle at another dealer and although we liked that car as well, we had some concerns about its condition. We knew that dealer would respond to our concerns, but again, before making a final decision between the two we had test-driven, we wanted to return to Ricart for a second test drive of our other option. We were greeted and dealt with quickly and efficiently by Dallas upon our return. We test-drove the original car we liked as well as a second one. In the end, after Dallas sat with us and discussed some comparisons on the two, we purchased the first car we drove. Our experience at the table once we'd made our choice was hassle-free. Having bought a previous car from CarMax, I was impressed by their hassle-free - what you see on the sticker is what you get - mode of business. Past experience in a car dealership had me talking back and forth with a salesman on what might be the best deal for both. I expected this to still be the norm at Ricart. However, there was no haggling on a price. We told Dallas what we were looking to pay, said we were open to whatever down payment would make that happen, and then he worked up some options that fit our needs. In the end, we were able to purchase an extended warranty plan as well that will give us much peace of mind with our purchase. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience!
