Me my wife and 2 year old daughter visited Ricart looking for a used truck and right from the time we were greeted in the parking lot by Robert we felt very comfortable by his friendly attitude and knew we were in great hands as a couple walking past us told us that we were in great hands with Robert. When we sat down we alo felt a more comfortable atmosphere by all the salesman and workers saying hi and talking to us as well as complimenting how beautiful our daughter was and a man named Mike which if i remember told us he was the manager or supervisor had sopped by and talked to use for a moment making sure if we needed anything he would be there and wanted to put our daughter shaleigh in Ricarts commercials. Robert never made us feel under pressure and did the best that he could to get payments and the truck in our comfort zone, in my eyes Robert went above and beyond at what he does to make me and my family happy and for that i thank him.
