My experience today was great. Ray Pasco had great knowledge and was very patient with me today. I was undecided for a while today and ray took the time and didnt pressure me into anything i wasnt su knowledge and was very patient with me today. I was undecided for a while today and ray took the time and didnt pressure me into anything i wasnt sure about. I even test drove the car I ended up buying twice because Ray took the time to get air in the tires because i felt a vibration in the steering wheel when i drove it.Ray also worked hard on my behalf getting me a fair price for my trade in and that is greatly appriciated. Shawn was very helpful and great to work with. He greeted us immediately upon arriving at the dealership and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the process. Once we were passed on to Michele it felt like everything was a bit rushed and we weren't given time to discuss things or think some decisions over thoroughly before we made them. More
