Bought the car sight-unseen. Excellent service, fast and friendly. I wanted to be in and out of Ricart in less than 2 hours because of the drive back and it happened without any trouble. while the price was fair and Dustin did an excellent job. the sales manager we did our paperwork with was less than friendly and was very pushy about the extended warranty. and now the service after the sale the sales manager we did our paperwork with was less than friendly and was very pushy about the extended warranty. and now the service after the sales has been absolutely awful. I will be taking my Kia to another dealer for service from now on and if I take it there for service I see no reason not to buy my next car from them More
