I gave the ratings I did because he was very friendly, gave me the answers I wanted, worked with me and even got the price of the car dropped a little so that I was able to get approved for it. I had a recent series of unfortunate events with my Geo Prizm and came into Ricart Used car factory to find a new(used) car. Dustin was at the door when I first arrived and from the moment we shook hands, Prizm and came into Ricart Used car factory to find a new(used) car. Dustin was at the door when I first arrived and from the moment we shook hands, he made me feel completely comfortable. He showed me several cars and was more than accommodating when it came to test driving. He was, patient, friendly, professional, and kind.
