My experience at Ricart was fantastic! Matt was so professional and fun to work with. Buying a new car can be scary and overwhelming but Matt made it such a great time. Thwre was no pressure for a sale, he just wanted me to be happy with my choice and was so helpful in finding me the perfect car....I LOVE my Mini Cooper by the way! I was happy with my purchase but disappointed in the lack of communication. I spoke with Dan Grimes on Tuesday that I wanted to purchase a specific car on Sunday, my day off work. He said an associate would of communication. I spoke with Dan Grimes on Tuesday that I wanted to purchase a specific car on Sunday, my day off work. He said an associate would contact me and set up an appt for Sunday. Nobody ever contacted me so I went online Friday night and IM'd and associate stating that I was interested in 3 vehicles that only had stock photos. Jeremy Tudor assigned Rick Johnson to me as a contact. I sent Rick an email on Sat. saying I wanted to buy a Ford Edge on Sunday, specifically an Edge with less and 50k miles with a leather interior. I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership excited about the large inventory only to find out that all 4 Edges were not available. The one I wanted with a black exterior and a tan interior was in Florida with the the owner of the company and the other three were being detailed. I became very frustrated that nobody could communicate that none of these vehicles were available to test drive. Rick could only explain that none of these vehicles were available. I stormed out but thankfully my fiance got Jerome on board with helping us and we are very happy with our Lincoln MKX. Jerome was was understanding of our frustration and found a nice fit for us. Ricart had a good selection of used trucks to offer as I wasn't shopping for a certain brand. I didn't feel pressured or pushed to any certain make or model or the most expensive vehicle on the lot. He offered his opinions and made me aware of certain concerns and positives of the different vehicles. The financing was very easy and explained thoroughly. I feel they worked to get me a very good rate for the loan and I didn't have to wait very long. This was my first dealing with Ricart and I can only hope all future dealings will be as easy and pleasant. Thank you. More

Steve was highly knowledgeable about Fords, their quality and performance. He spent a lot of time explaining all the features of the Platinum F150 that we were considering. He was very personable, quality and performance. He spent a lot of time explaining all the features of the Platinum F150 that we were considering. He was very personable, polite, funny, entertaining and professional. We had worked with a new salesman and even though Steve was not going to receive any commission, he felt the need to cover the details the new guy (who was very nice) may not have learned yet, and in doing so, he not only informed us but he taught the new salesman at the same time. We were quite impressed. We left that Saturday night with two vehicles: a 2010 Platinum F150 and a 2010 Toyota Venza. The salesman and supervisor worked very hard on the numbers to make the deal the best it could be. We left there very satisfied; or so we thought. I had only tested the Venza on the test track and it was good. However, on the way home that night I realized that I really didn't like the choice I'd made at all. Knowing that we had to go back to the dealership Sunday afternoon, we took both vehicles and went in to discuss our options. And, thankfully, Steve was there! He recognized us right away, asked what he could do for us and listened while we explained our dilemma. He informed us that there are no recision rights regarding used vehicle sales but that he would do his best to find a vehicle that I would be happy driving, while confident regarding it's quality and performance. Right away we went out onto the lot and chose a 2010 Ford Edge that I had admired the day before. He began explaining all of the features and then we took it out for a test drive. We were sold on its performance. When we returned to the shop he immediately set things in motion to get new paperwork filled out so that we could be on our way! Not only did we leave highly satisfied but we were very confident that we had now made the right choices on these two Ford vehicles and we owe it all to Steve! We will be telling all our friends to consider Ricart's Used Cars and we will be telling them to ask for Steve to help them make the best choice! Thanks, Steve! Renita and Bill Hillis More
