I've been looking to get a new car for myself and decided to go to Ricart Used Car Factory because I've heard very good things about them. When I arrived, there was a sales associate outside greeting me as I to go to Ricart Used Car Factory because I've heard very good things about them. When I arrived, there was a sales associate outside greeting me as I got out of my car. That impressed me, I figured I'd have to go in and wait for someone to help me. The guy introduced himself to me, his name was Ray. He was very nice and immediately started helping me on my search for a new car. After he got a broad idea of what I wanted he decided to take me inside to figure out what I could qualify for. Since this was my first time ever at a car dealership I had a few questions and he answered every one of them and made me better understand how everything was going to work. With knowing exactly how the process worked I felt a lot more comfortable with continuing the process. When he obtained my credit score, he found that it was over prime credit but I didn't have very much that built that credit up due to me only being 18. He took recognition that I was young and trying to build credit, and also in school and he worked with me and his finance team to help me out. After they approved me, we went back out to look for cars that were more in my budget. He was very honest with me with everything and I appreciated that because most car sales associates just want your money so they try to sell you anything. I could tell that he only wanted to sell me what he thought was the best for me, which made my experience awesome. The whole car buying process took a long time but he was there to answer any question I had and keep me updated on everything. I really appreciate everything that he did, and I would DEFINITELY recomment Ricart to someone else! More

We had been looking for a Mustang convertible, and had been looking at '08 to '10 models because that seemed to be our price range. We came to Ricart to look at a '12 model because your internet price was been looking at '08 to '10 models because that seemed to be our price range. We came to Ricart to look at a '12 model because your internet price was within range of the '08 to '10's we had been looking at. The '12 model was exceptionally clean and extremely low milage. We are thrilled with the car, and have been enoying driving it very much. We were very satisfied with our sales experience. John was very helpful answering questions and was not "high pressure". He even stayed late because we got stuck in traffic on the way there. But John knew we were coming from a fairly long distance, and stayed until we got there. I appreciated your on site test track as well. Just like your ad says, it gives you a better feel for the car than just a ride around the block. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would recommend Ricart to any friends or family looking for a vehicle. More
