I wanted an SUV, and my boyfriend had just purchased a used truck from Richart, even though he's a mechanic at another dealership and he had a good experience with them. Robert was very friendly and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, when it comes to the financing of the vehicle, he kept telling us that he couldn't put the financing on paper to show us. Dustin was very helpful. The transaction went very smooth and was very quick. My husband and I had both of our very young children with us and he was not distracted or put off by their "child-like be smooth and was very quick.
