This guy!!! Went in to look at a 2012 Kia Sorento EX nice car, but before we went there we went to Lindsay Honda and may I say Matt xxxxx at Lindsay is hands down the best salesman I have every work with!!!! car, but before we went there we went to Lindsay Honda and may I say Matt xxxxx at Lindsay is hands down the best salesman I have every work with!!!!! Ok back to the bad, Dan (Grimey) Grimes came out and met us and I asked him if they had any used Honda Pilots on the lot he said no I dont think we do, but I do have this Dodge Journey???? WHAT lol. OK well that was way off then he offered to get us in a 2008 GMC Acadia it was ok but nothing like the Pilot. We did test drive the 2012 Kia Sorento and it doesnt even have a chance against the Honda Pilot! So we are on the test drive and the kind of test drive where you just feel uncomfortable he told us what turns to make where to go, didnt even get to test the highway?? Anyway as we found a place to turn around he sd we she can hop out and you can drive us back Matthew, I said ehh im good. Dude you lost me at Dodge Journey. After the test drive he hands me a flyer saying we get free dent protection and free scratch fix for a while year....at this point im ready to Walk away and never to return again. So we go inside sit down i say what can you do for me already knowing im not buying, he says well its priced at 28,XXX i said we the internet said it was 26,XXX he said I dont think so but let me check, he comes back with the price I quoted from the internet 26,XXX. I tell him what we are wanting to do and what kind of deal we may need to get there, he says we I can go to bat for you but this is as good as it gets with no trade or down payment???? So at what point were you planning on going to bat for me? I had 3000.00 down but kept that a secret trying to negotiate a fair price closer to NADA or Blackbook value he told me that we were already below NADA, I work at an auto finance company and had the NADA and Blackbook already printed out i hand he didnt know this, I showed him what I had, he then stated that well the cost of the dent protection and scratch fix is free to me but the dealership covers that cost, I said I dont need that he said we it comes with it, so basically im forced to take it lol. I stood up asked my wife if she was ready she said yes we walked out! This was funny but at the same time, DANNY BOY get it together, I had the money and went right back to Lindsay and bought a car with 8,000 more miles and a year older...you do the math! More

I would recommend the dealership because the staff is right on the game from the second you pull your car into the lot. They know about all of the cars they have and can take you to something right away right on the game from the second you pull your car into the lot. The staff is friendly and they make the process of finding a car quick and they make the paperwork process quick too. If I were to get another car I would definitely go to Ricart again because they really know what they are doing compared to other dealers I have been to. More

I began looking at new cars and Kris Somar and Tom Myers were extremely helpful, friendly, provided excellent service to me and went 'Above and Beyond' in my new car search. I did however see a used car that was in excellent condition and fit my personal needs a bit better and decided to go forward with the purchase of the used car instead.
