We knew what vehicle we wanted before we even arrived at the dealership, we'd actually been looking at it everyday online for the last week to make sure it was still on the lot. When we arrived I already h the dealership, we'd actually been looking at it everyday online for the last week to make sure it was still on the lot. When we arrived I already had a firm attitude of "I'm not taking any crap from some sales guy". Then their was Dallas, I told him what car we were looking for and we walked almost right to it. I know it's a person's job when you're in this field to get a little "chatty", but he did it with general care and concern and that's what sold me. Every time I was gave my strong attitude he gave a smile and something funny in return, eventually I lost my strong attitude. Until it came down to the money, I could've walked but he made it all come together. When I bought my last car it was a less than pleasurable experience, I was much younger and the "sales guy" was rude and acted like I was bothering him with my questions. This is the way I thought "sales guys" were supposed to act. Then today we met our "sales guy" Dallas, he was great at explaining every detail, every step of the way and even shared a personal story. Steve Walker is a great salesman. He's friendly and has knowledge about how the cars operate, their pros and cons. He told me if I had any questions about my car he would be glad to help me.
