We were very well versed in the specific model used car we were looking for and Ricart had a very promising candidate at a very competitive price. Upon our arrival, he promptly had the car ready to test drive and the ensuing negotiations were completed in minutes to my satisfaction. Then, the only bummer part of the experience happened. It was a Sunday and they'd suddenly gotten busy, which lead to us waiting over an hour and a half just to sign the paperwork. Bryan repeatedly checked on us, but there wasn't anything he could do with closing guys being backed up. Maybe they need more of them on weekends? The actual paperwork was done in less than 5 minutes again by a friendly finance manager as we already had our financing in hand. And then we were handed back off to Bryan who took care of the remaining items to send us on our way. Everything was great, no surprises except for the long wait to close the deal that took up more of the afternoon than we'd planned. More

I started my visit by first talking with Steve Holsinger and was handed over to Russ after Steve could not spend time with me due to his working with other customers before I arrived. Russ was very helpful in getting the vehicle ready (made sure A/C was on and working!) and assisting in showing me the adjustments before my test drive. After we decided to buy, Russ made sure we had floor mats, the fuel was put in as promised and the car was re-cleaned. We had a long wait to get the paperwork completed and during the wait Russ made sure we were made comfortable. I have purchased many new and used vehicles in the past and 1Ricart has provided service and price considerations better than any dealer I have dealt with.
