We didn't have much time to buy a car due to our car being hit by someone. We didn't think it could be done but Chad showed us the vehicle, financed it, and had it ready to drive home in one day! I had not heard of Ricart prior to this transaction. I found the Mustang on cars.com and made the 3-1/2 hour drive to Columbus after Steve reserved the car for me. It was waiting out front when we arrived found the Mustang on cars.com and made the 3-1/2 hour drive to Columbus after Steve reserved the car for me. It was waiting out front when we arrived. After seeing how clean it was and driving it, I was sold. The price seemed fair. Steve was very pleasant and seemed quite knowledgeable. I would recommend Ricart. More

I bought my truck from them in june. In July I moved to Missouri. When I went to have the truck inspected it did not pass. They said the ball joints were bad and there was no way it could have happened in Missouri. When I went to have the truck inspected it did not pass. They said the ball joints were bad and there was no way it could have happened in a month. When I called to see what could be done they told me nothing could be done unless I drive 12 hours back to Ohio. I am very displeased that they would sell a vehicle that would not pass an inspection. That is not acceptable! More

the service was good and the truck was good we had got 70 miles from the dealership and it broke down they paid for our room and food for the night while they tried to fix the truck we came back to ky 7 hrs miles from the dealership and it broke down they paid for our room and food for the night while they tried to fix the truck we came back to ky 7 hrs away and they delivered the truck 2 days later running good 1 week later it broke down again 2 diffrent times and they paid to have it fixed again tow bill and all in all they spent well over 3 thousand dollors or more they are a great company thanks!!!!! More

Everyone stayed late to help process us through all the paperwork & they worked together well & no one complained about anything, not even about having to stay late. I was initially reluctant to visit a large dealer, fearing the stereotypical hard sell experience, however, dealing with Matt was a pleasure. Taking three cars at the same time to their test track was terrific as it allowed us to compare side by side and made the choice much easier. The only frustration was the very low trade-in offer during my first visit I wasn't prepared for such a low offer based on Kelly Blue Book values that I had researched. It took awhile, lots of emails, and phone calls to get to a cash price that I could work with and there was a long wait to see the business manager. I appreciate Howards persistance and patience in working with me to get to a price that was very very and managable for my family. I feel good about my purchase. More
