jesse and i were pleased with the performace shown by rick. my husband called in on monday afternoon and put in touch with Mr. Johnson after explaining our situation to him and that we just had our chapt rick. my husband called in on monday afternoon and put in touch with Mr. Johnson after explaining our situation to him and that we just had our chapter 13 discharged, Rick went right to work trying to find somone to finance us with being a high risk he found us a lender and as soon as he did he called us we made the appt. with him for thursday evening. I have to say we are very pleased and are still in sock that we got the car. I have to say this is the second time we have bought a vehicle from ricart and we will diffently be returning and we will tell everyone we know where to come for great service More

The sales man who showed us the cars was good to work with but we coulden't get the price down where we needed it, which is ok it happens. Then the sales manager came over as we were leaving and was very with but we coulden't get the price down where we needed it, which is ok it happens. Then the sales manager came over as we were leaving and was very rude and acted in an unprofessional manner because we couldn't agree to the price. My wife and I were going to come back to look at other cars more in our price range but after the way the sales manager acted we have decided to take our business elsewhere. I know that to a place as big as Ricart our business probably dosen't mean a whole lot but I refuse to be treated the way we were treated. More

I recently visited the Ricart Used Car Factory to look at a used Ford 150 pickup. Steve Holsinger was the sales manager that assisted me. I've honestly never worked with someone at a car dealership with th a used Ford 150 pickup. Steve Holsinger was the sales manager that assisted me. I've honestly never worked with someone at a car dealership with the professionalism that Steve demonstrated. He was knowledgable about every aspect of the vehicle, from the Sync system all the way to the suspension. I walked away with a great truck at an unbeatable price. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience, and would absolutely recommend the Ricart Used Car Factory and Steve to anyone who is looking for a quality used car. More
