I would like to commend Rick Johnson for his helpfulness and wonderful customer service in getting me into a used car. I needed a car so desperately and no one was willing to work with me because of my cred and wonderful customer service in getting me into a used car. I needed a car so desperately and no one was willing to work with me because of my credit. I was driving a car older than my teenager (that did not have a/c for well over 3 years!). Not only was Rick upfront and honest with me before I arrived at the dealership, he made sure I understood every step of the process once I did qualify for a car the day I was onsite. We had been car shopping for a couple weeks and had not been satisfied with either the prices or the service at other places. When we got to Ricart, we were immediately greeted by Robert who was very frien been satisfied with either the prices or the service at other places. When we got to Ricart, we were immediately greeted by Robert who was very friendly and welcoming. He told us about himself and the dealership which made it a really nice and personal experience. He let us tour the facility (in the extreme heat) without any pressure. He was upfront and honest when helping us compare the SUV's we were looking at. We went to test drive the vehicle on the track and Robert took his time, and let us see how the car handles different speeds and made us comfortable that it ran like it should. When it was decision time, Robert gave us plenty of private time to discuss our thoughts with each other, without pressuring us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would buy from Ricart again. We would even request Robert to assist us in the future as he is hands down the best salesman we had come in contact with during our search. More
