Fyi .....Ricart! I'm coming back in one week to trade in the 2nd vehicle I bought from MATT KMOSKO. The reason is because, I was married to a competitor and always was used to new vehicles. Joe Hollenbach was a very friendly dealer. He was knowledgeable and genuine. We had a great experience. The only area for improvement would be the amount of time that we had to wait for the paperwo knowledgeable and genuine. We had a great experience. I would have been happier to receive the offer I wanted for my trade-in the first time instead of having to "barter" back and forth. I also decided that I was not at all interested in the extended warranty for my trade-in the first time instead of having to "barter" back and forth. I also decided that I was not at all interested in the extended warranty, I feel that my decision was not valued and I was pressured to reconsider. Drew did an outstanding job though on his end! More
