He is a terrific conversationalist who made the waiting time interesting. He listened well and responds well to questions about the car and the dealership. This young man is one of the finest auto salespersons with whom we have had the pleasure to deal - and we have bought lots of cars over the years! Ricart has a gem in this young man. I biught a car from Ricart they sold me a car for three times. What the car was worth. When I bought the car they told me to come back in two years and they would help me get a new car. I had seen a car on the internet at Ricart that I was very interested in. I had seen other cars of the same make/model at other used car lots but not in the same good shape as the one advertised on the very interested in. I told him which car I wanted to see from the internet. He took me right to that car and he allowed me to ask all the questions I had regarding this car and then took us to the test drive lot they had on their lot. He was very respectful and very helpful, willing to answer all my questions and explain everything I needed to know. The car was on an internet price which was lower than sticker price and Mr. Pugh did not try to change the price on me and was extremely honest with me. When it was all said and done I got the car for even lower than internet price. I had bought a car at Ricart before and after this experience I will be back for future cars. More

John was more than helpful over the phone and in person.
