John was more than helpful over the phone and in person. I am very glad that I was able to purchase my 2006 Nissan Sentra from Russ!! He has such a great easy going and kind personality, that I actually felt that a good friend was helping me pick out a car. Every Sentra from Russ!! He has such a great easy going and kind personality, that I actually felt that a good friend was helping me pick out a car. Every car dealer may have there own "style" when showing a car or making a deal, but I feel that Russ was very genuine and patient with me, even though I'm pretty sure it was past closing time. Russ made sure I had all the information on my car (facts,history etc). Overall I was felt very comfortable with him and Richart's employee very personable staff. HE'S AWESOME. -LaTashia More
