My husband and I had been looking for a car throughout the entire weekend, tired frustrated and hoping for a miracle we arrived at Ricart. As we crossed the lot Joe Hollenbach asked if we had been helped the entire weekend, tired frustrated and hoping for a miracle we arrived at Ricart. We explained our entire situation and Joe listened attentively to all our needs. After he knew that we were pre-approved through Kemba he even explained Ricart's process of working with Kemba. To make a long story short, Joe was the blessing needed at the end of a long hellish day. He gave the best customer service ever, explaining and describing each step in the process. Making my husband and I feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed about our visit to Ricart. Marc is a great salesman to do business with. He's fair, honest, & truly wants what's best for his customers. The only complaint I have has to do with another salesperson. When Marc (my salesman) confronted him about this, his reply was, "until the deal is signed, the car is still for sale.". Our experience today was outstanding. To be honest my wife and I were out to just test drive some cars that I had been harping about for quite sometime. Every time we arrive at Ricart I always feel a bit intimidated with the size of that dealership but Brandon really helped to take the edge off that. He was polite and wanted to listen to what we were really out looking for. After taking us around the lot to have a look at some cars he know what I was really after. He allowed us to drive a couple of cars we had picked out over on the Track (A great feature for a dealership btw) and after driving both my wife and I knew which car was right for us and what I had been searching for. Brandon acting as our advocate was able to work out the right price to get the car we both were very excited about. He was very patient with us and willing to go to bat when we asked. All around it was a great experience and Brandon went the extra mile by riding back to the house to pick up my trade in that we did not take with us today. I found the car I had been seeking after for the past several months and I am very satisfied with my 2010 Camaro SS2. What a fantastic find and a great day.
