Steve was patient with me althought I am sometimes hard to deal with. I told him i would be at the dealership in a few days, and came in the next day. Mike Dobbins treated me great. He took great care of me from the time I first called to the time I drove away in my new vehicle. I drove a long way to get the Edge and he worked with me prior to me coming from the time I first called to the time I drove away in my new vehicle. I drove a long way to get the Edge and he worked with me prior to me coming to the dealership to ensure I would have everything I needed to get the vehicle that day. If I were just rating him he would receive all 5s. However, I was not as happy with my experience with Michael Meketa, the business manager. He wa very friendly until I opted out of extra insurance options and questioned my monthly payment. He then became far less friendly and began rushing through the paperwork. I wish I would have had as comfortable of an experience filling out the VERY IMPORTANT financial papers as I did when inspecting the car with Mike Dobbins. Overall I am still very pleased with the vehicle and my payments. It was worth the 90 minute drive. More
