Huge car lot with out the friendly atmosphere. Upon going we were supposed to meet with Cajun, but he ended up having two other people at the time and ended up giving us another male car dealer. He insulted us on the fact that we were married without the same last name legally, he then insulted us b/c we didn't have financing, my daughter that just turned one was just sitting there and he kept saying to her, "It's okay....I'll get you a balloon" although she was quiet, not crying and just looking around....he acted like she should know better then to make a noise. He kept yelling at her to hold her hand still when he was putting the balloon on her wrist and it wasn't in a gentle manner, it was rude. He rolled his eyes countless times, he complained about his job, he told us all his problems between insulting us and he made us feel like we were the least of his priorities. I even had a paper with 3 vehicles that I wanted to look at, he told me that the one wasn't priced right after looking at it several times online and it was confirmed by Cajun that I had the right price. It was horrible, I can't remember everything he said that was rude but I must say that he was rude enough for me to get up and tell him that we were leaving because of his attitude. He acted completely embarrassed and shocked. So this must be a normal thing for him to act like this b/c he didn't know what to do when he realized that we were not happy and we were leaving. I'm sure his manager didn't even notice b/c this place is so big and they could care less about you or what your buying as long as they make a sale, that's quick, easy and little effort on their end. So if you go here do NOT get an older person, get someone young and eager to be nice! We actually went across the street to Stewart Auto Group and bought a clean, nice, affordable, just what we wanted SUV from a very friendly staff and they went above and beyond to meet our expectations and needs...they even gave us pizza! They are an awesome dealership with the ability to care for the customers and their needs. I would recommend Stewart Auto Group any day. So don't go to Ricart, go to Stewart Auto Group. While at Stewart they said that they get a lot of traffic from Ricart b/c of unsatisfied customers. More
