Mark was very courteous and helpful even after I felt a delay in a return phone call on my query (I'm not the easy customer). The fact that we closed this sale late in the evening, Mark attempted to detail the car out himself, and wasn't able to put gas in the car so I left with less than an 1/8th of a tank. Not his fault - but I would have hoped maybe something would have been offered/set up to come back and detail the car as it should have been (and maybe fill the tank) since there were still coffee stains from whatever salesperson used it as a demo. I was very specific about the price range I could afford and Marc made sure that the vehicle was priced in that range.
