I few weeks backs, I saw a truck that peeked my interest while viewing Ricart's vast used car inventory online. I drove over to Ricart and met Shawn Cottrill to test drive the vehicle. So much so, I located another truck online last week and bought it Saturday. Shawn was great to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Worked to get my loan qualified thru Tim Hicks. After that I dealt mainly with Theo. Both were very helpful and courteous. In fact, since I had no transportation, Theo came and got me from work, took m that I dealt mainly with Theo. Both were very helpful and courteous. After going to a few other car dealers and looking at other cars and getting offers on our vehicle for trade in. Germain ford offered us $4,000 for our trade-in,Jack Maxton offered us $2,500 for or trade other cars and getting offers on our vehicle for trade in. We dealt with Matt and we test drove a Mini van and we decided to go ahead and see what they would offer us for our car. once the paperwork came back we where insulted with a $500 offer for our car as a trade-in. He knew it was it was a ridiculous offer because when he brought us the paperwork he wouldn't even look us in the face. needless to say we walked out and drove straight to Hatfield Kia where they offered us $2,500 for our trade-in and we got a car for the same price as the one we looked at at Ricart. they where rude, we where there for ever and they are a joke that $500 offer was just insulting and very offensive. I called on a Saturday evening at 6:30 pm and explained out situation to Dallas the used car sales man. He called me back with in 40 mins. and said bring in your vehicle and we will offer you the trade in out situation to Dallas the used car sales man. I showed up with our pathfinder 300 mins later and was offered about 900 more on trade in then other lots!!!!!! I test drove the chrysler 300 I liked and Dallas had the car detailed and my husband and I came in the next afternoon when they opened and Dallas had all the paperwork ready to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We only spent a total of 1.5 hours from start to finish on the deal!!!!!!!! We will be recommending this dealership to ALL friends and family and will ONLY buy our vehicles from here on out from DALLAS:) Thanks so much dallas and we appreciate everything you and the staff did for us to make this less time consuming and worth while!!
