The staff at the Ricart Megamall were extremely friendly and helpful with our purchase. I had no intention to buy from a dealer, but after searching online and finding a great deal on a 2006 Hyundai Tiburo and helpful with our purchase. The representative that helped us, Ray Pasco, took the time to answer all of our questions, even when that meant going way out of his way, and examine every aspect of the car we were looking to buy. They even stayed over two hours past closing time to close the deal with us, and over 5 hours total with us. While the price on the car was great, the service is what really made the sale for my wife and I. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Well had to use my parents car to commute around the town with the kids. Under the condition I find another car upon filing my taxes, started the long task of finding a reliable car. First went to Lindsay Honda, where they try to stick you in car before you even get to talk them about what you need. Wouldn't tell my girlfriend and I our credit scores, shotgunned offers to every bank, not keeping us updated in the process. We had already told them our budget, seemed like they disregarded that. Went to Bobby Layman, they were nice enough to give me one of my scores, but did not have much of a used car selection due to the past recession. End of day one, no car, missed work, very frustrated. Next day, under the advice of my girlfriend's mother, we went straight to Ricart. Met Frank, who was very easy going. Not a haggler bone in his body, LOL. Told him what our needs were, budget, etc. and he got straight to the meat. The cars he was showing us were right in budget, fairly priced, and pretty good miles to boot. Next, took a seat, and printed out both scores for both of us! Found out from him this was law. Well, got us close to our budget monthly payment, and we were off. I always had my assumption of Ricart, being one of the biggest dealers in the land since I can remember. But Frank changed that for us. As long as he is selling cars, he has a got a loyal customer.
