The condition of the truck was just as good as Marc had described. Marc went the extra mile, maybe more like extra 12 miles, as he pick me up at the airport on a Sunday morning and took me to the dealership. The test drive on the private dealership track was much better than the public roads as I was able to perform a broader range of maneuvers, including up to highway speeds, without having to worry about other drivers. That was a huge plus for me. Marc went over and demonstrated all the features of the truck. You could tell he really knew the small details of a lot of the newest features on the Nissan. Even though we had an agreed upon price and I arranged financing before I arrived, Jeff Rutherford in business office went over every detail of some purchasing options that resulted in a lower interest rate and getting a maintenance program for the truck for less than what I had arranged. That really left me feeling like they wanted me to be staisfied with the whole experince more than just happy with the truck. During my time with Jeff, Marc had t hetruck detailed, gased up the tank, and had the truck ready for the 500 mile trip home. Overall it was the easist and most satisfying truck purchase I have ever had. I just wished I lived closer and I would purchase all my vehicles at Ricart. Dennis T. More
