When I went in with my parents to look for a car, we were blown away by the number of cars on the lot. Luckily, Dave was there to help. He understood our price range and stuck to it. The truck was very clean. I would have liked to go on a bit longer of a test drive, but I didn't ask either. The truck did not have any floor mats. Matt Kmosko was our salesman and seamed to be very good at his job, but what really impressed me the most was even though the store closed at 8pm brandon byrd the salesman who sold me the mustang 13 months previous stayed there past closing so he could help get me into the car and price we could afford.It is refreshing in the times we live in to see people go above and beyond for the sake of the customer.Im sure MR Byrd got nothing for the time he spent helping us because he was not our salesman,but by doing what he did for me and my family Ricart Ford will always be my first choice in buying a car. My husband was very reluctant to go to Ricart as he had a bad experience 10 years prior. However, with the personality of Brandon over the phone he decided to give it another try.
