I realize that they are working on commission and trying hard to earn their money, but I also work hard to earn the money that I'm about to spend with them, so having a salesman who's not trying too push me in one direction or another is a nice experience. Steve was fantastic in all communications and interactions I had with him. I know people usually aren't very trusting of car dealers, but I would definitely recommend any of my family and friends to return to this dealership for their next car purchase. All of the staff were really nice and friendly, and they made this car buying process for me extremely easy. I don't know his last name, but Matt who came out to greet me upon my arrival at the dealership was extremely friendly, very helpful, and got me started on my car purchase even though Steve wasn't available yet. I was also satisfied with the advertised price for the car and was more than happy to pay the asking price when I came to the dealership. Even the financial person, I believe his name was Brian was very nice an helpful. I didn't feel like I was getting swindled and there wasn't any pressure for me on this car buying experience. In addition to the multitude of smiles I got while I was there, the dealership had TV's and a pool table set up in the showroom to entertain yourself while waiting for the final paperwork to be done. I had such a great experience, the only thing I had to worry about doing was being satisfied with my car, and enjoying my purchase. More

Although my car purchase experience was very quick because of Internet shopping, the service Dallas gave my mother and I was truly exceptional. My mother really threw a lot of questions at him over the telephone before we even visited your show room. She had all good things to say about him, and that doesn't happen very often. We had a very helpful, friendly salesman, Stefan Burton. He showed us the Trailblazer model and fit the car to our needs. He was efficient in getting our paperwork completed. Stephon was very nice, knowledgeable, and patient with me and my family when we were looking to purchase a car.
