My husband and I were extremely impressed with Joe Fallon as our sales person. He sat with us to discuss our needs prior to trying to show us everything on the lot. He had both items ready for us the next day and was helpful in answering additional questions I had about the car. We have bought 4 cars now through Ricart and this was by far the fastest and easiest process to date. We would highly recommend Joe to our friends and co-workers. John Thornton helped me buy my first car, He was honest and helpful about what a 16 year old girl should be driving, not just after the sale. My husband called Ricart Monday Jan.16th,spoke with Brandon to see about test driving a vehicle we spotted online. We showed up on Wednesday Jan.18th to see the vehicle was ready to go! Brandon even offered to pull it up closer since we had our 10 month baby with us. Brandon answered all our questions and concerns with complete confidence making our doubts go from south to north. Brandon is a very personable individual who understood our personal needs. We honestly didn't think we'd drive away with a new vehicle, but Brandon made this possible! Price was competative. Salesman was outstanding, showed everything available in stock in the model that we were looking for, and showed us a different model to compare with. He was low key, patient, attentive, and arranged two test drives of two different models, which helped us feel comfortable with our purchase. I called before coming in, and Dave had two vehicles waiting for me when I got in the door. He clearly explained how to stop at the security gate, and made sure I had no questions before taking the cars for the test drive. Dave seemed like a real person, not an overbearing sales guy. He gave us a great deal, and I drove out of there with a vehicle that I'm thrilled to own.
