This is the second vehicle that I bought from you within two years, and I would definitely have recommended prior to this experience. This time everything went so smoothly and sales person. Shawn was good t two years, and I would definitely have recommended prior to this experience. This time everything went so smoothly and sales person. Shawn was good to work with. however, I did everything online prior to showing up the last time it took me less than an hour. This time I waited for over an hour for the finance person who sat in his office with his friends in there talking. Not another person was waiting for finance and I was told it would just be a few minutes. I almost left, because watching somebody catch up with their buddies is ridiculous. When I was clear, I needed to be in and out quickly because I had to return to work. So very unlikely I would recommend Ricart because the reason I recommended in past was how quick and easy the process was however, Nate needs to spend less time with his friends and more time working.
