When we arrived were immediately shown the vehicle we had called about. It was exactly as described. During the test drive some information about the dealership was given but at no point were we "sold" on called about. It was exactly as described. When the time came to make a deal we were offered a good price and a better than expected amount for our trade in. There was no sitting in a little room waiting while the salesperson went back and forth with a manager. They offered, we accepted, and we went to finance. This is usually the toughest part but again, nope, the finance person was on the ball, got us taken care of quickly with a very good deal and we got out of there within an hour and a half I think. Over all I would say that I will go back for the next car as well... More
Both times we visited, we had to wait far too long, which almost ruined the experience. Once we received service, both people we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. They brought the price of the vehicle down quite a bit to compensate, which was nice. However, one of the finance people, Jeff, almost ruined the deal by being very rude and forceful. If the car was for me rather than my wife, I would have walked out. He tried to force us into paying an extra $58 per month for a package we said multiple times we didn't want. He is the reason I won't recommend the dealership, I feel like he would scare too many people into getting ripped off. More

Johnny was very helpful. Was dissappointed in the trade amount on our 2007 Escape, but we wanted the car and so we agreed. Overall the time spent was good.
