Steve made car buying enjoyable. He was very attentive, but not overwhelming like some dealers. Steve was also very honest and let me know the good and the bad of the cars I was inquiring. we went to ricarts hoping to find a newer vehicle, and be able to get financed, we worked with Rick Johnson, he was very good, and showed us a bunch of vehicles, before long we drove away with a sweet cherok able to get financed, we worked with Rick Johnson, he was very good, and showed us a bunch of vehicles, before long we drove away with a sweet cherokee, with a Hemi and loaded to the max! we are very pleased with newer vehicle! , only thing I wasn't impressed with was, we were promised a tank of gas, ended up, the next day, we received 5 gals, hmmm I say give what you promise! but all in all we are very satisfied with Rick and will do business again in the future!
