Steve Holsinger quickly responded to my online application. I received a phone call the following morning. I went down same day to Ricart to look at a car. Entire experience was excellent. Submit a request to drive the vehicle sometime Sunday after Ricart opened at noon. Wife called a little before noon and got Steve. About 10 minutes later I got a call regarding my internet request. I wasn't very optimistic about connecting over the internet, but I was very impressed with Ricart's super fast response. Steve was just great. Answered all our questions. I did not feel pressured. Steve had all the paperwork ready for our review on the inspection and service Ricart had done. He also had the Carfacts documentation. Steve was very polished in talking about the vehicle and the sale. He has excellent customer service skills. Steve handed us off to Brian temporarily so Brian could complete the closing documentation (temporary registration, sales statement, etc.). Brian then took us to the cashier. Steve then met us and got us on our way. Ricart had done a great job in detailing the truck. Really help me to chose to buy.
