Everyone took care of us. I feel we got a good deal on the purchase and the trade in was ok. We didn't get a second key fob because of the previous owner. The rear passenger tire was 17lbs. instead of 34. We will talk to them about it on our appointment this Monday. Hopefully they will take care of it. Overall I was surprised by the service throughout the purchase. I would buy from them again. More

I have always liked and went to ricart. I love the selection so many vehicles to choose from. The black Friday deal is quite a bit misleading. On the radio the ad said buy any new or used vehicle and get a 500 gas card. There was no disclaimer at the end. But to get the gift card u had to pay the sticker price which was about 3000 more than the online price. And as I saw what the vehicle I traded in for is selling for compared to what they gave me, that was also disappointing. But I love the car I got and am overall happy More

The customer service on black Friday 2022 was excellent. John Thornton was a wonderful member of the sales department and he helped us through the vehicle purchasing process. Additionally, I was impressed that John remembered my husband and my name throughout the day. Moreover, John was amazing and I would go back to him again and I would refer others to him as well. A++. Additionally, we were able to get a warranty for 6 months on the vehicle as it was certified. This really made us feel comfortable with Ricart, as well their extensive inventory of used vehicles that appear to be in good condition. My only complaint was with Ricart's black friday advertisement on their website offering free $500 gas cards with the purchase of a used vehicle. This turned out to be somewhat deceptive, as the advertisement said it only applied if you paid the "listed retail price." However, all of the vehicles have a sticker price and the then on the website there is a "live market price" that is less. Basically it was represented at the time of purchase that "live market price" was not the retail price for purposes of the promotion. So this leads to the somewhat deceptive outcome where you see the promotion on the website, you find a car you like with a "live market price" that is in your range, and then when you show up to buy the car at the "live market price" displayed on their website, you are told that it isn't the "retail price." This probably leads to the outcome where basically nobody who buys a used vehicle at Ricart this weekend is actually going to receive the gas card that was promoted, since everyone will want to pay the "live market price" on the website rather than the "retail price" on the window sticker. However, the customer service otherwise was wonderful and we did get many benefits on black Friday with our vehicle purchase. I am so excited with my new vehicle. The financing department [I think it was Mark W but not sure] made the transaction easy and guided us through the process. Love the new car! Thank you Ricart!! More
