Purchased a pre-owned SUV in Nov 2022 and the process was smooth. The Sales Consultant and Finance Manager we worked with made us feel comfortable and not pressured. Everyone took care of us. I feel we got a good deal on the purchase and the trade in was ok. We didn't get a second key fob because of the previous owner. We got a low tire I feel we got a good deal on the purchase and the trade in was ok. We didn't get a second key fob because of the previous owner. We got a low tire warning on the way home. The rear passenger tire was 17lbs. instead of 34. We will talk to them about it on our appointment this Monday. Hopefully they will take care of it. Overall I was surprised by the service throughout the purchase. I would buy from them again. More
