Lauren provided me with a smooth and quick experience at the dealership, she was wonderful. However, Taesha, who I dealt with through text to set up things with the dealership was, to put it lightly, awful the dealership, she was wonderful. However, Taesha, who I dealt with through text to set up things with the dealership was, to put it lightly, awful. She didn’t seem to care at all and I had to pry her for information. She wouldn’t respond to my texts which contributed to the feeling that she simply didn’t care. I believe she needs to find a new profession because sales is obviously not her strong suit. Lauren though was wonderful, and was so great that even after that horrible experience with Taesha, she allowed me to give this dealership a 5 star review, just make sure you don’t end up with a bad apple like Taesha. Prices were very reasonable, they didn’t argue with us about using our own outside financing, and worked with us ( patiently with a two year old cranky pants) with fist bumps and popcorn!
