"I brought my new (to me - used) Mazda in for a leak..."

I brought my new (to me - used) Mazda in for a leak problem that turned out to be even worse than I had realized. Keith and the team took care of it but when way above and beyond to ensure not only that the leak was fixed but that the car was safe for me and my newborn. They were quick, kept me updated the entire time, and really made it all so easy. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else.

Ginger who works in Finance was a great help when I was buying my car. She helped me get a loan that I was able to afford the monthly payments for and was just very speedy when doing all the paper work so I did not need to stay for a long time filling out lots stuff. She also helped me in service when my car needed to to be repaired and was able to get me a loaner car in a timely manner. I appreciated all her help.

The Rich Morton Mazda folks treat you like family. Ray King runs the entire service show - and is often under a chassis or washing up to greet you because he's been after things with his service technicians. Every question is answered, worn parts are discussed and made available, and I am never sent home unsatisfied. These guys care about you returning as a customer and work hard to prove it. Over the years I have had RMM service many makes and models that I have owned - with the same outstanding results. My most recent visit was for my 2008 Lincoln Mark LT - routine stuff, small potatoes....but Ray and his team treat me like I am a fleet owner. Thank you, RMM!

I am so grateful the owner of this dealership really cares about fixing my unresolved issues I had with my car. He wants his employees to do the same. He has gone above and beyond to get my two cars fixed. Even when I thought no one was listening or even cared! He does! He takes pride in his business. You can feel good knowing that the car you buy shall or will be in great working condition when purchased. They have some great cars there. Check them out now cause they have a awesome sale going on now. This is the same sale they had last year when I purchased two cars.

"Terrible experience from the beginning"

I bought a used Mercedes SUV in September...the transaction was sleezy from the beginning. After driving the car for a week, I took it in for a few minor things, brakes squealing, the car pulling right & the back up camera didn't work. They had my car 5 days...they couldn't replicate the camera problem, said the brake were fine(2 weeks later my BRAKEWEAR light came on) and they said they did a front end alignment. Once home I Read through the paperwork & found out the alignment wasn t performed because they didn't have the proper tool....so they lied to my face. I called & went back & forth with the service guy...but nothing was ever done. I went in at 6 months for my free oil change & was told my tires were so bad they shouldn't let me drive off that lot...he said I had put 10,000 miles on the car...I said no..here's the mileage...I have put 6,000... His response....close enough. I don't remember his name, but he was extremely rude!!! Anyway....this was by far my worst experience ever in the car dept. it was my first & last used car purchase...& I would never step foot in the dealership again & would tell everyone I know the same. Thankfully I was able to get rid of the Mercedes!!

"Rude and Clueless "

When I first started taking my brand new car in for service, it was great. I often spoke with a Young Man name Brandon. The last several times I have been there, Brandon has not. Everytime I go in they can never find my lifetime warranty on service for my engine and transmission. They try to charge me every time when it should be free. Then they act like its a hassle to look up my information to find out that I should indeed NOT be charged. Last time I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation, I was accused of having work done on my car somewhere else because THEY lost one of my lug nuts. So that means I drove 6,000 miles missing a lug nut from their mistake and then I got blamed for it. They eventually told me they would just throw one on there for free. Not only do they no longer offer car washes on the weekends... MAKES NO SENSE but they make you wait for hours upon hours even when you are their first appt on a sat morning. Well as of today I have a leaking tire, I called there to ask about the warranty I bought on my tires and received nothing but attitude. So now I am taking my tire somewhere else to get fixed. So I go look in my car and what do you know....... after the last time they rotated my tires they did not put the Lug nut locks back. I am very very very displeased and dreading the phone call I am about to make to them about my lug nut keys. Thanks MAZDA SERVICE!!! Thanks for NOTHING! I am fed up! Im not really sure what happed to the guy Brandon, but i really suggest they hire someone equally as efficient and nice.
