I just picked up my 2012 Chevrolet 2500 HD Truck. I pre-ordered the truck and with the help of Jim, I selected a Premium work truck for my business. My experience at Richard Chevrolet was awesome! Jim made me feel comfortable and confident in the car that I was buying (a Chevy Cruze LTZ). From beginning to end Jim was great. I only have one complaint and it has nothing to do with Jim. The dealership received the check for my vehicle the day after i purchased it but did not call me to complete the registration until almost 6 days later and i think that that should be something that whomever receives the checks stays more on top of so the customer isnt left waiting to receive a call hoping to get the purchase and registration so long. Otherwise the experience was fantastic overall and i look forward to doing business with Jim and Richard Chevrolet again in the future. More

Account Executive Jim Kubicza was very patient throughout the entire process regarding my purchase of a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu LT. I needed to upgrade my previous vehicle (for which I also worked with Jim, a the entire process regarding my purchase of a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu LT.
